Lady Karame knew what she was doing when she gave this guy specific instructions on what to do. She was not pleased that he chose to do his own things. He had to be punished so that he learned to follow instructions and not do his own things in total disregard of what he had been told. The mistress administered this punishment by facesitting on him and humiliating him badly.
Lady Karame was not pleased with what this loser had done. He had been given an urgent assignment but he had not done it by the time the deadline had passed. He had been told how urgent it was but he had not done anything about it. Lady Karame took him to her torture chambers where she wrapped him in foil and she facesat on him. She did it to choke him.
